How soon can I get an inspection?
-It does depend on availability but I can often schedule and complete inspections within 3-4 business days.
How much does an inspection cost?
-The square footage, age, and foundation of the home may affect the inspection fee. The fee for most homes is $400-$500.
What is included in the home inspection report?
-The home inspection report will include a summary as well as detailed notes with photos on the condition of the home and recommendations for future maintenance. This will cover all the major systems and components of the home. It will be sent electronically and can be shared, downloaded and printed as needed.
What types of inspections do you offer?
-I currently offer general home inspections for buyers and sellers. I also offer new construction inspections. I do not offer termite inspections or radon testing but I would be glad to offer recommendations for those services upon request.
