I began learning about home construction as a carpenter's apprentice over 25 years ago. I've always enjoyed figuring out how things work. I've learned how every part of the home works. I can easily identify when a part is not working properly or is not installed correctly. This knowledge and experience has helped me be an effective home inspector. As a home inspector, I get to help buyers and sellers during a time when the stakes and emotions are high. The home buying process can be overwhelming for most people. It's often the largest purchase a person will make in their life. Of course, a home's value is determined by its condition. As your home inspector, I will make sure you receive an accurate assessment of the home's condition so that you can make a wise and informed decision.
